  • Just as winter comes each year - so do the NEW TAR Forms - before using the new & updated forms, review the list of changes & additions (view now)

  • With education such an important part of your real estate career, TAR had developed a new designation......Master GRI Designation.   Each of the new classes are only 8 hrs in length and the cost is 95.00 per class for early registration.

     

    The requirements to obtain this designation: 30 hours in 4 of the following classes:

     

    GRI 401- Doing Things the Right Way - Ethics and Professionalism

    GRI 402- Staying In Business and Out of Court

    GRI 403- Working Effectively With Buyers

    GRI 404- Working Effectively With Sellers

    GRI 405- Mastering Forms and Contracts

    GRI 406- Tips, Tools & Technologies For Your Business

     

    EMTAR will try to offer at least two of these in 2012.......please make plans to attend!!!
