Did you know

On the TAR web site in the Member Services section, there is a vital tool called "inFORM Tool". The inFORM Tool is a training tool to be used in conjunction with the TAR Residential Forms. It is an area to brief and guide you on the content of the forms and/or real estate processes. To visit this page, follow the link below and login to the TAR Member Services Desk.

NEW 2008 FORMS ~ Just Released

The Forms Committee has done it again - Updated, Deleted and Added new forms. All the forms listed within this site are now the 2008 Forms. PLEASE REMEMBER - TAR does not do this to inconvenience us, they do this to protect us and the consumers we represent. A

Again - the forms provided here, do not have a company logo on them. If you prefer to have a company logo displayed on your TAR forms, you can have this done for you by using the forms accessed through "Transaction Desk" (found in the member services section of TAR.  For those of you that would rather wait on your company to provide you with the updated forms, please take the time to go ahead and become familiar with the new forms and understand the changes made in the existing forms.

Just a side note - the forms your office provides you with are the same forms that you find here (less the company logo) and on TAR Member Services. The only time you will see a difference in a form, is if your office does not use the "TAR Forms". How do you know if your form is a TAR Form? The "Official" TAR forms are clearly marked with by the TAR logo in the bottom corner. NO ONE (not even a REAL ESTATE company, can modify the preprinted areas in an Official TAR form that bears the TAR LOGO. Many of our offices use "In House" forms, however these "In House" forms should never be confused for a TAR form.

If you have questions about the use of TAR forms or questions about a new or edited form, please remember that there is a great staff at TAR, that will help you anyway they can.  One of the best tools is listed in the box above, the "inFORM Tool" - if you have not used this before, check it out when you can - it can probably answer most questions you have.
