The new basic listing will have:
4 pictures (the first four in the MLS)
Interactive maps
Demographics of the neighborhood
School information
Places of worship
Home valuation
Enhanced and upgraded feature blogs
Updates every 15 minutes
Site re-design

The Upgraded listings will have:
Front screen becomes relevant to the first search
Search more easily
Search page allows for change in searches
The listing detail page has up to 25 photos that are 119% bigger
It shows the agent’s other listings
The Agent/Broker branding is better – surveys show that there is 61% better recall on the branding.
Videos are a possibility

Consumers prefer to scroll down instead of hitting tabs, and the uninterrupted flow of information means that 40% more listings can be viewed.

The information can be downloaded to the cell phones if
they are windows based or an i-Phone.

This is research data that was found by REALTOR.com:
In March 2008, there were 6.2 million users making the site #1 – 131% over #2.
Repeat visits were 2.7 million or 180% over #2
Minimum visits were 11.9 minutes or 180% over #2
