It's not a donation, It's an Investment. Investing in RPAC allows us to determine the quality of our future for the industry.
Invest in your Industry
Would you invest $25 if I told you that it would save you thousands of dollars?
- Did you know that during Covid, RPAC money helped keep Realtors® in business by lobbying that Realtors® and other independent contractors in real estate be considered "ESSENTIAL WORKERS", thereby keeping our members employed and in business. Many other states were not so lucky.
- Did you know that RPAC money was used to eliminate an annual $400 privilege tax that you would have to pay every year?
- Did you know that RPAC money is used annually to defend from taxes such as real estate transaction taxes that would come out of your pocket at each closing?
RPAC money is used to help defend Home Owner Property Rights (e.g. National Flood Insurance, Impact Fees, etc.) and to defend against bad legislation and to encourage good legislation affecting your bottom line. Please consider this small $25 investment to help protect your industry.
The old adage is true, "If you're not sitting at the table, you're on the menu!"
Through the Pro-Property Platform, RPAC’s new low-dollar, direct-to-candidate giving program, REALTORS®, affiliates, and the public can make voluntary contributions of any size to candidates and officeholders who champion property rights. The Platform quantifies the amount of pro-property rights dollars contributed to send a powerful message to candidates that REALTORS® and consumers are standing with them because of their commitment to advancing the American dream of property ownership.
Disclaimer: Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes.
